Local Family Toy Request Form

*** IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be sure to add toysfortots.org to your email account safe list and regularly check your JUNK/SPAM email folder for application notifications and confirmations.

Please refer to the local campaign timeline page for deadline dates pertaining to toy applications before completing this form.

Applications are now being accepted to Request A Toy - Family/Single Parent Household 2025.  If you are a Non-Profit please proeed to the Application located under "Request A Toy" Non-Profit.

If you are a TANF/WORK FIRST/FOSTER PARENT client your Requests for Toys appointment has been prescheduled.  PLEASE DO NOT complete an application here.  Instead please contact your Case M/anager/DSHS office for further instructions.  If you complete an application, receive an appt, and appear you will be turned away.  You must come at the date/time which appears on the flyer DSHS sends you for clients of these programs.  All others receiving assistance through the State of WA please proceed (i.e health care, food stamps, etc.) with your request.

If you are Active duty/Veteran or Reservists you are not required to com/plete an application for assistance.  Please bring a Valid Military ID to our distribution center (address below) December 1 through December 19th - Monday through Saturday 9am to Noon and 1pm to 3pm for assistance.  Spouses/Representatives are welcome to appear for you.  Thank you for your service.

1)  Applications are processed in the order received.
2)  If you are approved for assistance an approval letter will be forwarded within 48-72 hours with further instructions. If you have not heard from us after 72 hours please contact us at the email listed below for follow-up.
3) If your application is pending andor denied information will be sent explaining our de/cision.
4) Only residents of Snohomish County, Shoreline and m/ilitary deployed in these zip codes are conidered.  If you are outside our area of responsibility we will transfer your request to the area that supports you.  It is their decision to grant or deny your request.
5) Any attempt to defraud Toys for Tots will result in denial of help and ban from the program.
6) Toys for Tots volunteers are here to assist you.  We will not tolerate verbal/ physical abuse and/or any profanity being sent in their direction at any time.  Violators will be asked to leave without receiving assistance.  Failure to leave if asked, will result in police intervention to have you escorted off the premises with a permanent ban.
7) Due to limited seating, whenever possible, we ask  children not accompany recipients.
8) Toys for Tots does not supply volunteers to help with donations being transported to vehicles.  Please brin/g help if needed.
9) In the case of illness, if approved, please contact us via email for alternate assistance.
10) If you do not appear after a scheduled appointment, you may come to our "Open" day which is December 22, 2025.  However this day is a first come first serve, - no guarantee we will be able to assist you.

Applicant agrees to not sell, trade and/or exchange any of the donations received from the US Marine Corps Toys for Tots Snohomish County/Shoreline Program, its Foundation; and/or its affiliates, partners, or donors for monetary gain or consideration.  Violation of this policy is subject to a life-time ban from receiving any further donations, confiscation of current donations AND any and all civil/criminal penalties under the law, as adjudicated - at violators expense.
